This book is a compilation of first person accounts, articles, and family histories relating to Puerto Princesa, the capital of Palawan province. The narratives, memoirs and documents cover pre-war Puerto Princesa, the municipality under Japanese rule, the guerrilla movement in Palawan, the massacre of American prisoners of war, and liberation.
